Decoction:

It is a maceration (see maceration) to boiling temperature, maintaining the boiling for a variable period of 15 to 30 minutes.

Dermis:

Layer of skin that lies just beneath the epidermis.

Diaphoretic:

A substance that facilitates perspiration.

Digestion:

It is a maceration (see maceration) made light temperature (50 or 60 º C).

Dispense:

Prepare and / or distribute drugs among patients undergoing medical treatment.

Diuretic:

Plant which promotes urination.

Division:

Group classes. It is also known as phyla.

Dropsy:

Abnormal accumulation of serous fluid in tissue or a body cavity.

Drug replacement:

It is one drug that can be stored for a long time and its limit is fixed by an expiration date.

Drug untimely:

Is one that should be consumed within a relatively short time after preparation, since it is unstable.

Drying:

Involves removing all or part evaporative liquid retained in a solid.

Dysmenorrhea:

Menstruation is accompanied by pain.

Dyspepsia:

Discomfort caused by poor digestion of food.

Dyspnea:

Difficulty breathing.
